Race07 - cars cant be selected in CarFIlter

when cars cant be selected in Race07 by the car filter, usually the cause for that are multiply cars with the same CAR nr in class

when cars are not included in Race even selected in CarSelector there might be following reasons

double ID use, wrong class name

Model name after ModelID in CAR (INCCAR) file
