beta release of Companian v2

Companian 2 will combine the Plugins, Race Tweaks & Companian v1

so no need to start several things

right now only the PlugIn and the AutoPilot is enabled

but you can now select / configure the patches in a the UI

additionaly, there is now a TimePatch for all sessions, so the time advances now in all sessions
and after a suggestion / wish of Bjarne, you can select the start time of a Practice session and Race Session individual

note, that the practice session in a Race Event will still start at the time set in the GDB file

A few things that might not be that oblivious.

You can rename companion2.exe to Ams.exe or Rfactor.exe and I guess GSCE.exe and have Crew Chief working with the this just like the plugin before.
Also Simhub will work. Simhub doesn't need to see and .exe so if you only use Simhub no need for renaming anything.

You also need the Extended Menu which you can find in Race 07/ Misc folder.
Not quite finished cleaning it up but you can set time in practice and Race

to set PRACTICE or RACE start time, you need the extended UI MENUs

Very well done, good options and a great way to make it more user friendly with only one plugin!

Edit: May I suggest to add a Companian special icon to the program so it is easier to see when running (not that it is hard now, but you know what I mean )

Should "R07_UIMenu_ext" be included with this, at least as a option?
Much more convenience if some of the options are inside main game.

if you want to use the Time Patch functionality, you should have the extended menu UI, so you can select START TIME & TIME ACCELLARATION

maybe it is a good idea to add this stuff to it,

if i will be ready before this will be added to the RaceRemastered i may build a package and help files

maybe i make an MENU builder, as there are to many options of UI functionality,
but probably in my next life
